Today Fundamental BSU library means:
- more than 2 mln volumes of the universal fund of Belarusian and foreign literature;
- more than 26 thousand users, 1 mln 851 thousand of book loans
- 820 places to sit and study in reading halls
- 138 employees
- 9 loan departments and 17 branch and specialized reading halls.
Each year the library buys more than 50 thousand pieces of newly published books, receives more than 1077 items of Belarusian and foreign periodical publications and conducts international books exchange with 136 science and studying organizations from 24 world countries.
