In case you change your address of residency in Minsk you should come within 3 days since the date of new dwelling contract signing to the BSU Department of International Relations and change your registration. 

Please remember that the address of your residency and registration should be the same.

Foreign citizens staying in Belarus should always have their passport, registration mark and phone number of IRO BSU officer with them.
