Dear international students, please be attentive and do not miss the deadline for your registration! The registration extension procedure takes an average of 15-20 business days.
In this regard, for “registration extension” you need to submit the following documents 20 business days before its expiry date to the Migration Registration and International Students Support Office of the BSU DEPARTMENT OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS (located in the building of the Faculty of International Relations of BSU: 20 Leningradskaya St., 4th floor, office 410, Minsk, tel/fax: +375 17 209 53 51):
- Passport and notarised translation of the passport into Russian in the Republic of Belarus;
- Filled-in application forms (issued by the employee of the department);
- Receipt of payment of the state duty (the form with the payment account is issued ONLY by the employee of the department);
- Insurance policy of compulsory health insurance (except for citizens of Armenia, Great Britain, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Russia, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan);
- Residential lease agreement (if a foreign citizen does not live in the BSU dormitory);
- Copy of the valid registration.
You need to be attentive to the procedure of ‘registration extension" and visa registration. Foreign students who miss the deadline for registration extension are administratively liable for a fine.
In case of repeated violation, the deportation procedure is carried out!
